VIDEX VLF-H056 LED headlamp is designed for use in the dark or in unlit indoor environments. Its main advantages are water resistance, a durable body and long-range illumination. The headlamp allows you to choose the required operating mode depending on the situation. Maximum brightness is 1400 lm.
The adjustable tilt angle makes it easy to direct the light where it is needed. The built-in motion sensor allows convenient hands-free switching, while the rear red signal light improves visibility and safety when moving in the dark.
The head strap is made from wear-resistant, soft-textured material for comfortable use even over longer periods. The lamp is held in a silicone mount. It uses a Luminus SST40 LED, which provides strong light output, reliable performance and efficient energy use.
Control and operating modes
The sensor button allows the lamp to be switched on and controlled with hand gestures. A short press of the function button changes the operating mode, while a long press of any button turns the lamp off. The sensor ON/OFF button can also activate the rear red signal light in steady or flashing mode. To display the battery charge level, turn the lamp off and hold the button.
Light modes:
- HIGH: maximum white light, 1400 lm, beam distance up to 161 m, runtime up to 2 h 30 min
- LOW: lower white light, 170 lm, beam distance up to 57 m, runtime up to 14 h 30 min
- STROBE: fast flashing white light
- RED ON: red light at maximum intensity
- RED FLASH: flashing red light
The runtime was tested with two standard 18650 2200 mAh batteries. Using higher-capacity batteries may extend the operating time. Actual performance may vary depending on the environment.
The USB port can be used as a power bank function to charge mobile devices. Charging is available via USB-C input, and the device also has a USB 2.0 output. During charging, the indicators blink red. When fully charged, the indicators remain red.
Warning: do not use the headlamp while charging.
The headlamp is durable and designed for demanding conditions. It withstands mechanical impacts and drops from a height of up to 1 m. The lamp is protected against dust, heavy rain and splashes, and has an IP65 protection rating.
