Refund policy

1. General

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from the online store nordeks.eu, owned by NORDEKS GRUPP OÜ.

2. Right of Withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the online store within 14 days from receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us by e-mail at info@nordeks.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After submitting the withdrawal notice, the goods must be returned without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from sending the notice.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

The returned goods must be unused beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item in the same way as would be allowed in a physical store.

If the returned goods have been used more than necessary to examine them, we may reduce the refunded amount according to the decreased value of the goods.

4. Return Costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is that the item delivered was incorrect or defective.

5. Refunds

Upon receiving the returned goods, or proof that the goods have been sent back, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Defective Goods and Complaints

If the goods are defective or do not conform to the order, the customer has the right to submit a complaint by contacting us at info@nordeks.eu.

When submitting a complaint, please include:
- the order number
- a description of the defect or issue
- photos of the product, if possible

Consumers have the right to submit complaints regarding non-conformity within two years from receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Warranty

Products may be covered by a 2–3 year warranty, depending on the specific product or manufacturer.

If a separate manufacturer’s warranty applies, this is indicated on the product page or in the accompanying documentation.

The warranty does not limit the consumer’s rights arising from law.

8. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal May Not Apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided by applicable law, including where the nature of the product excludes return for hygiene, safety, or other legal reasons, if such exceptions apply to the product.
